6x6 Sunshine Challenge - Clock

I think this is the last of my cards from this challenge.  I made 21 masculine birthday cards to send to Operation Write Home.  This one features my all time favorite ribbon from Lovebug Creations.  This is the Mae color.  Hope I have inspired you to grab a pack and make a card!!

6x6 Sunshine More Bikes

I ended up with 21 total cards - all masculine birthday cards.  It felt really good to get back into the OWH swing.  Note the awesome Rumple Ribbon on this one!

6x6 Sunshine - Lovely As A Tree

Stil at it!!  I made two just like this for the OWH box featuring the Lovely As A Tree stamp set.  It could definately go to a woman, but I challenged myself to make birthday cards suitable for men.  And I could definately send this to my dad - so it fits the bill

6x6 Paper Pack Bikin' On

A couple more for you from my personal challenge.  This fabulous bike is from SU's Celebration's collection.
One has a little more bling than the other, but I think the On The Edge ribbon from Lovebug is just what they needed.

6x6 Sunshine - Tardis Cards

OK, I know this is a telephone booth to most but to Whovians, it can only be the Tardis.  Personally, I am not a fan of the show - but my life has always had several big Dr Who fans, so I am familiar :)
These are both OWH sketches layered with love to send to our troops.

6x6 Sunshie Pack - Pretty Blue

A few more of the cards I made with the My Mind's Eye 6x6 pack - Sunshine.  Both of these would be suitable for boys, I tried to dress these up because sometimes I think the 6x6 cards look 'quick and easy', which isn't what I want to send to our troops.  I added the brads n the layered element on top, twine and a button to dress up the second.

6x6 MME Sunshine Challenge

Here are a couple more cards from my self imposed 6x6 challenge.  I wanted to focus on masculine birthday cards and for these two I selected the beautiful boat from Stampin Up's Open Seas collection.

6x6 Challenge - more 'staches

More of my 21 cards from a single 6x6 pack.  For this challenge I used MME's Sunshine and pushed myself to make masculie birthday cards.  I love the mustache cards and here are a few :)

Throwin' Down a Pun

I haven't participated much in the OWH challenges lately.  But since I am gearing up to support my son in law's deployment I thought I would check them out.  Just so happens the Mid Week Throw Down on writehome.org/starsandstamps/">The Stars and Stamps Blog is puns!! One of my favorites!!
I made this card with the MME Sunshine 6x6 stack, that I plan to show you over the next week or so.
I cut the 'staches with a sizix die and layered away.
I made 21 cards from the 6x6 pack below and will show you over the next week...ish (shown below)

CAS Masculine card thanks to MME

How is this for a CAS masculine card! My Mind’s Eye Oxford 6x6 paper pack and coordinating brads make it super easy.

I stamped the floral image (not to girly, right?) with versa mark and embossed in white. Then I rubbed some soft yellow ink on to give that pretty muted look. Simple layers, simple sentiment and a brad to bring it together.

Authentic 6x6 paper pack

Lovin LOVIN this. Cranking out a stack of lovely cards, using up my favorite goodies all to send some homemade love to our heros. One evening of junk TV and these five cards are in the box. Photobucket
