To make the flowers I punched tissue paper scallops with a scallop circle punch, stamped it with a script stamp, spritzed on vanilla smooch, put a brad in the center, added a yellow gem and fluffed up the petals for a flower look.
I saw a tutorial on making bead sprays so I gave that a try and added those behind the flower. Some pretty layers with paper, a silver embossed sentiment, lush ribbon and a stick pin finish this one off.
